GOA's REPORT SYSTEM
The Report System [TRS] is a new feature that never got slammed in[put into real action] on GOAv1. So this time, we're gonna make it work.
TRS is a type of rule-enforcement program where members give the staff reports on anything bad going on. If a person is caught spamming more than once after being asked to stop, they are reported. If someone is caught impersonating, they are instantly reported, and so on.
So, what's the point of TRS?
TRS is supposed to keep the rules enforced and, given it's done and used properly, increase the responsibility level of members. It is not to be used in a way of getting rid of someone, or to stab a person in the back, to purposefully hurt someone's feelings, not to make somebody feel wrong about what they are doing, or to create a negative effect of any kind on anybody. It is meant to help a person learn to respect and follow rules, to keep the rules enforced, improve one's level of responsibility, and to make sure everybody has a better time while they're here by following the rules the way they promised the would when they hit that Register button.
If you can't promise you were gonna follow the rules and everything GOA set up for members, you shouldn't have signed up in the first place. Just pointing that out right now before you join, if you haven't already.
Now that you guys know what it's meant for, I bet you're wondering how to use TRS by now. So, here's how it is:
A member spots a wrong-doing of any kind. That member comes to this board, and clicks "New Thread." They paste a form you will find here to copy into the new thread, and fill it out explaining the scenario of said wrong-doing. A staff member or TRS Patroller will read the report, and if the one who reads it knows how to handle[take care of] that situation, they will then lock the thread, archive it, and PM the one who reported the scenario of the wrong-doing. Through the PM the reporter will be thanked for the report, and most likely be told what will happen to the person that was reported. This can be anything from a 5% warning to a permanent ban. Make sense so far?
So, here is the form that must be used when one reports another member. Don't change anything on the form; just keep to what's here.
Name of member: Who are you reporting?
Place of event: Where did the occurrence happen? In NightClan lands? On the Artistic Paws board? Best way to report this part is to give a direct link.
Describe the occurrence: Tell the staff what happened that violated any kind of rule or that represented some sort of misbehavior.
What do you think should be done about it?: Tell us what your proposal of handling the occurrence is.
Side notes: Anything else important that needs to be said that doesn't fall under anything else here?

Thank you all for reading this. Make sure you understood it all and ask me any questions that came to mind while reading TRS, no matter how silly the question may seem at first, and please keep the system working.
Kudos to all who write reports whenever something happens.
(More may be added in the future, or some things may or may not be edited. Look out for the thread's "Updated!" note in its title every once in a while).
