I thought this could be a fun activity for you guys to do, and we can all find out what our typing speeds are. To get your typing speed scores, the link is here: www.typingtest.com/Just select one, two, or three minutes and then pick which topic to copy the text from. I practiced on the one called "Test Instructions" and in two minutes I got it all in with spare time and no errors so I went down to one minute. The first try on one minute my score was 91 wpm, and after multiple attempts I achieved 121 wpm with 100% accuracy. :D I'm determined to get up to 130 wpm though, with the 98% or above accuracy. I'll be at this for a while.

I did Astronauts and I got...
45 WPM (I was slow at the start) I had 7 mistakes My adjusted speed was 43 WPM
How does my speed compare? Your adjusted speed of 43 WPM was 19% above the average 36 WPM.
I was just below the Fast speed category.
What do you guys think of that?

45 WPM is better than most I saw at my old schools. xD There was one girl I knew that could barely even use the keyboard. She just poked at the letters like a slug D:
